About The Company:
The working venue is in Central Jakarta.
Our client is a Japanese Trading company. Currently, they are looking for Junior Admin Logistic.
Job Responsibilities:
Process purchase orders and delivery notes
Coordinate with warehouses and transport providers to ensure timely shipments
Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels
Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with delivery schedules
Perform other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any major
High conversational English or above
Min. 1 year of experience as Logistic Admin / Delivery Admin, preferably in Trading company
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
