Product Engineer

Job Description:

• Analyze and develop products based on customer drawings and technical requirement standards.

• Prepare all documents related to product requirements and standard processes for customer approval.

• During the development stage or engineering changes, monitor and follow up on mold trials and production processes to evaluate and analyze product conditions.

• Support RFQ analysis and provide technical feasibility evaluation.

Requirements:

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Plastic Injection Molding processes; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong understanding of Plastic Injection Molding processes, injection machines, and mold structure and functions.

• Understanding of PPAP and APQP concept and documentation

• Proficient in 3D/2D software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or other CAD software.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
