Assist with the full recruitment cycle for the group.
Initiate and manage recruitment drives.
Address employee concerns and guide HR policies and procedures.
Assist with investigations into employee complaints or misconduct as necessary.
Participate in the full spectrum of the payroll process. Ensure payroll processes are in compliance to the statutory requirement and submission datelines are in practice.
Responsible for selection, recruitment, staff performance, and termination of employees.
Assist in the implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Manage staff personal files and preparation of employment-related letters.
Assist Employee Attendance record and Leave application.
Update the organization chart as required.
Manage all related foreign workers' working permit applications and renewals.
Prepare HR reports and metrics related to employee turnover, recruitment, training, and budgeting.
Ensure employee welfare and benefits are administered by the terms and conditions of employment and assist in HRDF, CIDB training application and payment to the relevant party.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality in performing the task given.
Prepare various HR and Operations reports for inter-department submission.
Ensure employee follows all company policies and standards.
Provide administration and ad hoc support to the Human Resource Department or the company when necessary.
