Facility Staff

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must process at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, Hotel & Hospitality preferred

• Good Communication (written and verbal) in Bahasa and English

• At least 2 year of working experience as Facility Staff at Property / Real Estate / Apartment / Hospitality

• Good knowledge in communication, complaint handling, relationship management

• Have Building services knowledge especially Apartment

• Service Oriented, willingness to learn, excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Representative, friendly and caring manner

• Willing to be placed at Taman Anggrek Residences - West Jakarta

Job Descriptions:

• Able to handle complaint, request and expectation from tenant/owner.

• Maintain records, inventory of equipments, prepares reports related to the work.

• Conducts inspections to ensure that facilities are properly maintained.

• Arrange orders and use of all facilities for apartment residents.
