🧾 Responsibilities:
Manage administrative tasks related to clients’ tax obligations
Input, print, and archive tax documents digitally
Organize and maintain company tax records and sales tax aspects
Perform tax calculations and prepare audit documentation
Report and pay taxes within the required deadlines
Organize and verify client database information to ensure accuracy
Input, download, and upload data into client systems
Communicate with clients to address general inquiries and coordinate administrative needs
Resolve administrative issues, analyze data, and maintain accurate client documentation
🎯 Qualifications:
Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Comfortable working with numbers and performing calculations
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive, adaptable, and quick to learn
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Familiarity with Amazon Workspace is an advantage
