We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team and support our growing operations in the payment industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all customer inquiries, complaints, sales, and payment-related matters accurately within the specified response time.

  • Provide professional and effective service to meet all customer needs.

  • Deliver prompt responses and appropriate solutions to customer complaints.

  • Follow up on customer issues and ensure that customers receive the appropriate resolution for every case.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage.

  • Minimum education: High School / Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

  • Experience in the Payment Industry is required; experience in a Remittance or Payment Gateway company will be an advantage.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Willing to work in a shift system.

  • Possess a strong customer service mindset.
