We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team and support our growing operations in the payment industry.
Responsibilities:
Respond to all customer inquiries, complaints, sales, and payment-related matters accurately within the specified response time.
Provide professional and effective service to meet all customer needs.
Deliver prompt responses and appropriate solutions to customer complaints.
Follow up on customer issues and ensure that customers receive the appropriate resolution for every case.
Qualifications:
Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage.
Minimum education: High School / Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Experience in the Payment Industry is required; experience in a Remittance or Payment Gateway company will be an advantage.
Strong communication skills.
Willing to work in a shift system.
Possess a strong customer service mindset.
