PPIC and Logistic Engineer

1. Production Planning

Develop, control, and adjust production plans based on forecasts, sales orders, production capacity, and material availability to ensure smooth production processes and on-time delivery to customers.

2. Material Requirement Planning

Plan material requirements based on the production plan and ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging materials to support production activities.

3. Warehouse & Inventory Management

Supervise the receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods (FG) for both internal use and customer delivery.

4. Inventory Control

Manage and control inventory using the FIFO method and ensure the accuracy between physical stock and system data through regular stock opname / stock taking activities.

5. Logistics & Delivery Coordination

Arrange and monitor the delivery process to customers to ensure shipments are made on time, in the correct quantity, and according to the required quality standards.

6. Cross-Department Coordination

Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Sales departments to ensure material availability, smooth production processes, and fulfillment of customer demand.

7. Documentation & Reporting

Ensure all documents related to goods receiving, goods issuance, delivery orders, and inventory reports are properly recorded and maintained in accordance with company procedures.

8. System & Administration

Operate warehouse inventory systems and supporting applications such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Accurate software for operational data management and reporting.

9. SOP & Continuous Improvement

Prepare, control, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to PPIC and logistics activities to enhance operational efficiency.
