IT Directly Consumable Services Engineer

As the company business growing rapidly and the site are expanding, a new IT team member is required as IT DCS Engineer to fulfill company IT Quality Demands and IT Facility Excellences.

• Network Engineering: Fully understand how networks work, how to modify/improve, and how to troubleshoot/fix networks problems, how to verify networks parameters

• Commissioning and Maintenance of Hardware: performing computer hardware maintenances, and maintain networks equipment

• Configuring Networks: Monitor the networks, capture networks problem, analyze the networks parameters and solve networks problem

• Security: Configuring security settings and access permissions and analyzing and reporting security breaches, performing security updates and building firewalls and other security features. Coordination with the central support team for all kinds of reporting about security controls.

• Entire IT Services cycle delivery: Understand IT Services how they work, deliver end-to-end IT services, monitor the performance, analyze for improvements, ensure compliance of IT and Company Policies.

• Supporting Projects: Providing on-field project supports, assisting vendors/partners/suppliers in person and remotely, collaborate with stakeholders for delivery.

Requirements:

1. Must hold in bachelor's degree in computer science / information technology / information systems.

2. Experience minimum 2 years as IT Engineer at Oleochemical/Manufacture/Telecommunication Industry are welcome.

3. Fluent in English is required.
