Job Description

The Marketing Communication Officer is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing communication strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support revenue growth across hospitality services.

This role ensures consistent brand messaging across all communication channels, including digital platforms, promotional materials, partnerships, and on-ground marketing activities, while maintaining alignment with the company’s brand identity and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities (JR)

1. Marketing & Brand Communication

  • Implement marketing communication plans to promote hospitality products, services, and experiences.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.

  • Create compelling brand storytelling aligned with company positioning and target market.

2. Content Creation & Digital Marketing

  • Manage and oversee content creation for social media, website, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.

  • Coordinate photoshoots, video production, and creative assets related to property promotion.

  • Monitor digital presence and optimize engagement across online platforms.

3. Campaign & Promotion Management

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and special events.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to support occupancy, membership, or event revenue targets.

  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports.

4. Public Relations & Partnerships

  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, agencies, and strategic partners.

  • Coordinate press releases, media coverage, and brand collaborations.

  • Support reputation management and public communication initiatives.

5. Event & Activation Support

  • Assist in organizing marketing activations, community events, and brand experiences.

  • Ensure marketing visibility during events and guest engagement activities.

6. Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis within the hospitality industry.

  • Track marketing KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversion, and campaign ROI.

  • Provide regular marketing performance reports and recommendations.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Marketing Communication, preferably in hospitality, hotel, lifestyle, or F&B industry.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Creative mindset with strong project coordination skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
