As a Merchandising Support for Camera category, you will help prepare reports, monitor product listings, track promotion timelines, and support daily coordination with sellers and category teams. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, hardworking, and able to work efficiently under tight deadlines while supporting the team to achieve category goals.

What You'll Work on

  • Support Merchandising and Key Account teams with administrative duties across the Camera category.
  • Manage and update product listings, pricing, stock information, and promotional data in internal systems.
  • Coordinate with sellers to collect product information, verify data accuracy, and ensure timely submissions.
  • Prepare regular reports (sales performance, product updates, promotion tracking, etc.) for internal teams.
  • Assist in monitoring promotional calendars and campaign timelines to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain category data completeness, including SKU documentation, contracts, and onboarding files.
  • Communicate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) regarding category requirements.
  • Support day-to-day operations to ensure optimal seller experience and category performance.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are welcome; 0–1 year of experience in admin, e-commerce operations, merchandising, or related roles is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate's degree from any major (S1/D4/D3).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate, hardworking, and eager to learn about e-commerce and merchandising.
  • Good communication skills and comfortable coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and basic data management.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
