Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing (attendance recap, overtime calculation, incentives, deductions, and THR).
Calculate and ensure accurate PPh 21 (Indonesian Individual Income Tax) in compliance with prevailing tax regulations.
Administer and report BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (JHT, JP, JKK, JKM).
Perform payroll reconciliation with the Finance Department before salary disbursement.
Prepare manpower cost and payroll reports on a monthly basis.
Prepare and manage employment contracts (PKWT/PKWTT), extensions, and employee documentation.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian Labor Law and related regulations.
Prepare tax reports (SPT Masa PPh 21, Form 1721-A1).
Maintain and update employee data in HRIS systems.
Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, tax, and BPJS matters.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist in performance evaluation administration and other HR operational tasks.
Prepare monthly HR reports (headcount, attendance, turnover).
Support internal and external audits related to payroll and taxation.
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee data.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an HR Officer with strong payroll exposure.
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment is preferred.
Strong understanding of PPh 21 calculation (TER method, gross/gross-up/net scheme, PTKP).
Solid knowledge of BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration and reporting.
Experience handling payroll for at least 50–100 employees.
Familiar with overtime calculation based on Indonesian labor regulations.
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF formulas).
Experience using HRIS or payroll software.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Able to work under tight payroll deadlines.
Good communication skills and problem-solving ability.
