Key Responsibilities
1. Plan the appropriate implementation of the company's sales strategy, both in traditional and modern markets, in accordance with the company's business strategy.
2. Periodically evaluate and analyze the market to provide input for developing an appropriate and effective sales strategy.
3. Communicate with distributors to monitor product sales developments nationally.
4. Conduct market research and surveys, as well as product analysis, for product development, customer satisfaction, and pricing.
5. Coordinate with other divisions to achieve maximum performance.
6. Provide periodic reports to Management on sales results and sales developments.
7. Maximize the performance of the Sales Team to increase sales.
8. Prepare and propose the Sales Division budget and ensure operational activities run efficiently and effectively within the allocated budget.
9. Coordinate with all relevant departments to prevent overstocking or out-of-stock.
10. Control finished goods inventory in the warehouse and conduct sales evaluations with the Sales Team.
11. Find a shipping company to use for shipping goods to buyers outside the city that the company cannot handle itself.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (Management, Business, Marketing, or related field).
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or 3–5 years as a Sales Manager.
3. Responsible for sales targets and achieving product distribution levels in accordance with the targets set by management for both traditional and modern markets.
4. Responsible for all budgets that occur within the scope of his/her duties, both those related to sales and product promotion needs as well as credit limits and payment terms for distributors, agents, distributors, institutions and direct users.
5. Responsible for the dissemination of all policies, regulations and other matters related to product sales.
6. Responsible for the company's good name in relations with clients, distributors, institutions and direct users.
7. Ensure that SOPs run smoothly (Internal & External).
