We are looking for a Junior Associate to join our team, where you will help us manage transactions from end-to-end. As part of the team, you will support the Partners to provide solutions for our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around active transactions, ranging from conducting due diligence to preparing financial models and deal materials.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of business and financial conditions to support strategic decision-making.
Conduct market research and data analysis to support transaction.
Prepare presentations and deal materials for clients.
Work closely with senior team members to deliver optimal solutions and client needs.
Assist the team in developing innovative business strategies and advisory recommendations.
Requirements
Min. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Fresh graduates are welcome, but 0–2 years of working experience in Audit, Consulting, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking is a plus.
Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) is essential.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong collaborative spirit in a small, fast-paced team.
