- Job Title: HR Specialist

# II. Job Description

1. Responsible for recruitment work, including posting job vacancies on recruitment platforms, screening resumes, arranging interviews, coordinating between interviewers and candidates, and issuing offer letters.

2. Handle daily employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, register personnel information, and update the company's human resources database.

3. Assist in organizing employee training activities, covering the collection of training needs, preparation of training materials, and summary of post-training feedback.

4. Maintain daily communication with employees and answer questions related to personnel policies (such as attendance, leave, and benefits).

5. Assist in organizing and filing human resources-related documents (such as labor contracts and employee performance records) to ensure compliance with company systems and Indonesian national laws and regulations.

6. Cooperate with the team to complete other daily work and special tasks assigned by superiors.

# III. Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, with priority given to majors in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.

2. 1-3 years of work experience in human resources, with preference for candidates who have experience in recruitment or daily personnel management (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience can also apply for this position).

3. Familiar with basic labor laws and regulations of Indonesia (especially the Labor Contract Law) and common human resources operation processes.

4. Possess good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle trivial work carefully and efficiently.

5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PPT) and basic human resource information systems.

6. Required to have English communication skills; fluency is not mandatory, but the minimum requirement is the ability to conduct daily communication.
