Brief Job Summary:

  • Document Administration: Ability to process various documentation for logistics

  • Inventory Management: Assist in ensuring goods in inventory is stocked at the standard / appropriate level

  • Order Fulfillment: Assist with raising sales quotation, recording sales and purchase orders, creating delivery documents and other related documents

  • Logistics Coordination: Work with the company logistic service providers such as forwarders, suppliers and customers to ensure delivery requirements are met as standard

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines.

  • QHSE Management System: Ensure all relevant documentation are controlled and recorded as the standard in the company management system

Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Management, Degree in IT is an advantage

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed

  • High Proficiency in operating Microsoft Office software

  • Analytical and capable of writing an effective report

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

  • Proficiency in ERP software is an advantage

  • Good command in English is a major advantage

  • Ability to process numerical data is an advantage

  • Understanding of Quality, OHS, and Environment Management System implementation is a major advantage
