Brief Job Summary:
Document Administration: Ability to process various documentation for logistics
Inventory Management: Assist in ensuring goods in inventory is stocked at the standard / appropriate level
Order Fulfillment: Assist with raising sales quotation, recording sales and purchase orders, creating delivery documents and other related documents
Logistics Coordination: Work with the company logistic service providers such as forwarders, suppliers and customers to ensure delivery requirements are met as standard
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines.
QHSE Management System: Ensure all relevant documentation are controlled and recorded as the standard in the company management system
Requirement:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Management, Degree in IT is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcomed
High Proficiency in operating Microsoft Office software
Analytical and capable of writing an effective report
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Proficiency in ERP software is an advantage
Good command in English is a major advantage
Ability to process numerical data is an advantage
Understanding of Quality, OHS, and Environment Management System implementation is a major advantage
