Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations, maintain documentation, and assist internal coordination within the company.
Kami mencari Office Assistant yang bertanggung jawab untuk mendukung operasional administrasi harian, mengelola dokumen, dan membantu koordinasi internal perusahaan.
Responsibilities
• Handle daily administrative and office tasks
Menangani tugas administrasi dan operasional kantor sehari-hari
• Maintain and organize company documents and records
Mengelola dan menyimpan dokumen serta arsip perusahaan
• Assist in preparing reports, letters, and basic documentation
Membantu menyiapkan laporan, surat, dan dokumen dasar
• Support HR and recruitment administrative tasks when needed
Mendukung administrasi HR dan rekrutmen bila diperlukan
• Coordinate with internal departments for operational needs
Berkoordinasi dengan departemen internal untuk kebutuhan operasional
• Manage office supplies and general office support
Mengelola perlengkapan kantor dan kebutuhan operasional lainnya
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or clerical work
Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di bidang administrasi atau clerical
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any related field
Pendidikan D3/S1 di bidang terkait
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
Terorganisir, teliti, dan bertanggung jawab
• Good communication skills
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
• Able to work independently and in a team
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim
