Requirements:
Candidate with Bachelor's Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent is preferred
At least had 2 Year(s) of working experience as CS/Document Import in Freight Forwarding company is preferred
Well knowledge of Sea or Air Import, Delivery/collection trucking process, incoterm, clearance processes
Trustable, honest, able to work under minimum supervision, and willing to work long hours to accomplish tasks
Attention to detail is a must
Fluent in English written and able to operate basic computing applications
Job Description:
Create Job, Delivery/Collection Note
Prepare SK DO, SK Pabean for Consignee
Follow up original document with consignee, arrange messenger for pick up document, scan original docs from consignee for archive
Follow up carrier invoice, Request internal payment to finance & follow up TT proofed to E-DO/manual DO Shipping Line
Follow up Invoice Vendor such as carrier, trucking within e-tax
Reporting trucking invoice traffic, documentation to customer
Send delivery/collection note to customer
