QC Technician

Qualification (Skill/Competency):

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Quality as a Technician.

• Proficient in reading technical drawings.

• Skilled in operating measurement equipment.

• Previous experience as a QC in the electronics, injection molding, metal stamping, or automotive industries.

• No color blindness (neither total nor partial).

• Proven experience in supervising or managing multiple subordinates.

Scope of Responsibilities / Job Description:

• Analyze inspection results and implement continuous improvements.

• Ensure the quality of Mass Production (MP) work output aligns with established quality standards.

• Generate quality reports and follow up on corrective countermeasures.

• Inspect and verify defective parts returned from the field or production line.

• Ensure that all products strictly adhere to quality standards.

• Identify potential risks within the work area and establish preventive actions.
