Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in the field of Engineering
1-5 years of experience in the same field
Deep understanding Electrical and Mechanical Assembly
Competent in problem solving, teamwork, planning, and decision making, analytical skills
Good command of English
Able to read drawing
Excellent in data analysis/FMEA/Measurement system analysis/Pokayoke/Minitab/QC Tools
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Analyze line defects and customer claims originating from internal processes.
Verify internal 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) changes.
Perform QC patrols, line audits, and new line audits.
Implement improvement activities to enhance quality levels within internal processes.
Monitor and follow up on improvement activities implemented in the assembly line.
