Accounting Staff (Export Division)

Job Description :

As an Accounting Staff in the Export Division of our FMCG company, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records related to export activities. You will assist in handling accounting processes, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role offers a great opportunity for fresh graduates to develop their accounting skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of export transactions.

• Process accounts payable and receivable related to export sales, ensuring accuracy and
  timeliness.

• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash
  flow statements.

• Support the finance team in reconciling bank statements and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

• Assist in the preparation and management of budgets for the export division.

• Handle financial queries and coordinate with the sales, logistics, and export teams to ensure
  proper financial tracking.

• Utilize QuickBooks to manage and monitor accounting data and generate reports.

• Assist with internal and external audits as required.

• Stay updated on export regulations, taxation, and financial policies related to international trade.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior internship or work experience in accounting or
  export finance is a plus.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must.

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

• Basic understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and export accounting principles

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial data processing.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Team player with a proactive attitude.

• Proficient in English both oral and written.

• Willing to travel for business trip and or accept placement in assigned countries as required.
