Handle daily cash and bank transaction operations and recordkeeping.
Manage bank accounts, including fund transfers, payment applications, and fund allocations.
Prepare and maintain cash and bank journals, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation with actual balances.
Safeguard cash, checks, bank documents, and other related financial records.
Assist the finance department with monthly reconciliations, fund reports, and audit support.
Implement and comply with company treasury and financial management policies to ensure fund security and regulatory compliance.
Perform other finance-related support duties as assigned by supervisors.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or higher (fresh graduates are welcome; Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
Major in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, Economics, or related disciplines.
Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with 1–3 years of experience in cashier, treasury, or finance-related roles are preferred.
Basic accounting certification or other finance-related professional certifications will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications; familiarity with financial systems / ERP is preferred.
Fluent in Indonesian; English is mandatory as a working language (both written and spoken); Chinese language skills are an advantage.
Honest, reliable, and highly responsible with strong professional ethics.
Able to strictly comply with company financial policies and internal control procedures.
Possess good communication skills and strong teamwork spirit.
Willing to work in a cross-cultural environment and adapt to a group-based management system.
