Operator WTP

PT Hyundai Inti Development is seeking an experienced Operator WTP to join our team on a contract basis. Based in South Cikarang, West Java, this role will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of our water treatment plant, ensuring efficient and reliable water supply to our industrial facilities.

Role Description :

1. Monitor and adjust water treatment processes to maintain water quality and quantity target

2. Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of equipment and infrastructure

3. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner

4. Maintain detailed records of plant operations, water quality data, and maintenance activities

5. Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement process improvements

6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Qualifications :

1. Minimum 3 years' experience as an operator in a water treatment plant or similar industrial facility

2. Strong understanding of water treatment processes, equipment, and instrumentation

3. Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing water quality data

4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

6. Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in water treatment or a related field
