Job Responsibilities:
Material Handling & Flow
Manage storage, lending, and transfer of materials across Southeast Asia.
Continuously improve material handling processes for better efficiency.
Administrative Support
Maintain attendance records and process purchasing requests.
Manage documentation related to team absences and overtime.
Asset Management
Oversee department assets, coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate asset record.
Conduct monthly asset audits and oversee borrowing and return processes.
Additional Duties
Support health and safety initiatives and maintain department medicine inventory.
Implement and sustain 6S standards in collaboration with the 6S team.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma degree or above from all related major
Fluent in English
Minimum 1 year experience in administrative role (fresh graduates welcome to apply)
Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Excel
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced working environment
Well-organized and enjoys working with details and data
Flexible with working hours; willing to work overtime on weekdays and weekends when necessary
