Staff Factory - Parts Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to coordinate with workshop team and purchasing teams for any material request (MR) of parts, able to search the procurement of parts, equipment and supplies for heavy equipment, then create Purchase Requisitions (PR) to purchasing teams and coordinate with suppliers for the timely delivery of parts.

2. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels (Min-Max) and perform regular stock-taking (cycle counts) to ensure 100% data accuracy

3. Receiving & Inspection: Verify incoming parts from suppliers against Purchase Orders (PO) for quantity, quality, and correct Part Numbers.

4. Storage & Issuing: Organize parts in the warehouse and record all parts issued to the maintenance/mechanic team. Responsible to organize the storage of parts and usage of parts for daily basis use, manage purchase part, receive parts, and distribution of parts for factory department

5. Vendor Relations: Build and maintain a strong network of heavy equipment suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality service.

6. Breakdown & Field Support: Act fast when machines go down. Prepare and deliver the right parts to project sites immediately and manage the tools mechanics need for field visits.

7. Storing & Returns: Create delivery orders (DO) for Mechanic to go to site customer and manage the return of unused or broken components for warranty and repair or become unused/waste

8. Reporting: Generate monthly reports on parts consumption, dead stock, and procurement tracking and others reports needed

Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor's degree / Diploma with experience minimum 1 year or above as Engineering /Heavy Equipment specializing in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering - or equivalent.

2. Required language(s): English

3. Has own transportation, able to drive car or motorbike with Driving License

4. Mature, Critical Thinking & Good Communication, Analytical mind, result oriented, Innovative and possess good interpersonal and leadership skill

5. Proficient in reading Parts Manuals and identifying Part Numbers.

6. High attention to detail (crucial for part number accuracy), strong negotiation skills with suppliers, has ability to work in a fast-paced office & factory environment.

7. Computer literate and knowledge in MS Office is a must
