Operation Staff - Air & Ocean Freight

General Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operation such as:

1. Documentations: HB/L, MAWB, AWB, HAWB, Manifest, D/O, Invoice, COO, etc.

2. Email: Pre-alert, CSA, NOA, POD to agents or customers.

3. Monitoring shipment starting from booking until delivery complete.

4. Verification all invoice from vendor.

5. Costing and billing process in system.

6. Make and monitor schedule courier to take D/O or send D/O.

• Follow up & maintain communication with agents or customers.

• Conduct coordination with all relevant teams.

Requirements:

• Experienced in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding company (minimum 2 years).

• Familiar with export and import activity for ocean and air freight.

• Understanding of logistics documents, process, and flow.

• Computer literate: Microsoft Office.

• Effective communication and service oriented.

• High responsibility and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till completed.

• Fluent in English both oral and written (Preferable).
