“As part of the External Business Relations team, the duties and responsibilities of this position include ensuring the company’s compliance with all applicable laws and regulations; drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal agreements, contracts, and policy documents; providing legal advice and guidance to management on legal matters; fostering relationships with government institutions; and managing litigation and resolution matters.”
Qualifications :
A bachelor’s degree in law.
A minimum of five (3) years of professional experience in a corporate legal department or a law firm.
Understanding regulations of Risk-Based Business Licensing and OSS system.
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of government regulations regarding corporate licensing requirements.
Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements.
Demonstrated capability to conduct legal audits, both internal (within the company) and external (including vendors and third parties).
Ability to monitor and ensure that all corporate licenses and permits are valid and in full compliance with applicable regulations.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Fluent in English, both oral and written
