Team Management: Supervise and train the rental team, manage schedules, and ensure performance goals are met.
Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient processing of rentals, returns, and stock management.
Customer Service: Address driver concerns and ensure a positive rental experience.
Sales & Marketing: Promote rental services, identify growth opportunities, and meet sales targets.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to policies and prepare operational reports (rental record, survey and collection)
Requirement :
Have exsperience with the same position min 2 years
Ability to work a team and independently
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skill
Experience in star up company will be advantage
Have a good leadership and problem solving
Able to use computers and understand Ms Office & Google Spreadsheets
