Job Desc :
1. Team Support & Coordination
Assist the Manager in providing guidance, motivation, and coaching to the sales and rental teams.
Help prepare training materials and ensure training sessions are carried out effectively.
Monitor attendance, work schedules, and team discipline according to company standards.
2. Operational Execution
Ensure daily rental processing, returns, and stock recording run according to SOP.
Supervise daily tasks of the sales & rental team and report updates to the Manager.
Handle operational issues at an early stage before escalating to the Manager.
3. Customer Handling
Support the team in handling customer and driver complaints.
Provide initial solutions to field issues before escalation.
4. Sales & Marketing Support
Monitor daily and weekly sales achievement progress.
Control and verify sales leads input in the system on a regular basis.
Assist in preparing sales programs and marketing activities as directed by the Manager.
5. Compliance & Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, rental, survey, and collection activities for the Manager.
Ensure the team complies with company policies and procedures.
6. Networking & External Relations
Support the Manager in building relationships with dealers and financial institutions.
Conduct initial follow-ups with potential partners/dealers before escalation to the Manager.
Requirement :
Ability to lead, manage and motivate team to maximize sales revenue stream
Must have a stable and proven track record in managing an Sales department
Strong problem-solving abilities and technical ability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Previous experience in the automotive industry and start up company is a plus
English is a must
Able to operate computer include excel, word, power point, and google sheet
