Responsibilities:
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of all spa facilities and services.
Input an order and receiving the payment
Oversee appointment scheduling, optimizing therapist schedules for maximum efficiency.
Maintain compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Make sure the POS (Spa System) running well
Receive payment from customer
Cooperate with team
Help to maintain the cleanliness of SPA area.
Requirements:
Have a professional and clean appearance
Fluent in English (able speak Mandarin is advantage)
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Can operate computer and willing to learn the system
Experience in working as a front office, cashier, customer service, or guest relations for at least 1 year
Friendly, patient, and cheerful while serving guests.
Good communication, honest, responsible, and loyal at work
