Bar Operational Staff

1️⃣ Guest Service & Hospitality

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Ensure guests feel comfortable and attended to at all times.

• Handle guest inquiries and minor complaints with a solution-oriented approach.

2️⃣ Beverage Preparation

• Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.

• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.

• Maintain proper handling of bar equipment and tools.

• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor when replenishment is needed.

3️⃣ Bar Operations

• Assist in opening and closing procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

• Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.

• Support inventory checks and stock control processes.

• Ensure all operational SOPs are followed.

4️⃣ Sales & Upselling

• Recommend beverages and promotions to guests.

• Actively support sales targets through suggestive selling.

• Promote special events and upcoming programs.

5️⃣ Team Collaboration

• Work closely with supervisors and other team members.

• Support team during peak hours.

• Participate in team briefings and training sessions.
