Assistant Manager

·       Responsible for monitoring, recording, and calculating staff working hours and commission payments accurately

·       Good understanding of spa operations, service standards, and customer experience

·       ⁠Strong administrative and reporting skills

·       Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and effectively

·       Proficient in MS Office or scheduling/payroll systems

·       Honest, detail-oriented, and well-organized

Requirements:

·       At least 2–3 years of experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or service industry operations

·       ⁠Strong leadership and team management skills

·       Ability to manage employee work schedules, attendance, and shift arrangements

·       Have a professional and clean appearance 

·       Fluent in English (able speak Mandarin is advantage)

·       Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
