Job Role:
We’re on the lookout for a supervisor to oversee the daily operations at DPC padel court. This role is all about keeping things running smoothly, overseeing schedules, coordinating staff, ensuring top notch service, and maintaining an energetic atmosphere for our community. As Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in shaping the day to day experience at DPC, helping us deliver excellence while fostering a positive and engaging environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Daily Operations
Manage court operations, including:
Opening & closing checklists
Court and equipment preparation
Lighting, music, and safety checks
Managing the inventory list
Supervise staff shifts, including:
Coaches, staffs, and security
Attendance tracking and daily briefings
2. Customer Service
On-site issues handling and operational complaints quickly and effectively
Manage court bookings and adjustments as needed
3. Cash & POS Monitoring
Record daily sales accurately
Address and resolve any discrepancies
4. Events & Tournaments
Organize event setups and timelines
Coordinate technical aspects to ensure smooth execution
5. Management & Development
Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies
Ensure consistent service quality
Lead, motivate, and support the staff team
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial role
Strong leadership and management skills
Deep understanding of industry trends and effective marketing strategies
Proficiency in strategic decision making
Passionate about creating a positive work environment and encouraging team development
Additional Information:
5 working days in a week
