Position Summary :
The Asst. Finance & Admin Manager will be fully responsible and accountable for all Financial operations including budgeting, auditing, fixed assets, taxation, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger and financial reporting in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and internal policies and procedures.
He/she also responsible to oversea the activities of Purchase and Shipping dept and its team.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Supervision and Maintenance of full set of accounting records
2. Produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements on a timely basis, including
Income statement
Balance Sheet
Cash flow projections/forecasts
Monthly collection / payment plan
Aged receivables listing
Aged payables listing
Group Sales Report
NCR/RTV Report
3. Manage all activities related to financial accounting
Invoicing, Purchasing & Payroll
Collection of Accounts Receivable
Management and payment of suppliers
4. Profitability reports for dept., customer and project wise
5. Quarterly break even salles report
6. Costing - cost sheet for all the products
7. Establish transfer pricing for all the products
8. Machine Hour Rate - quarterly review
9. Inventory - set up control system for accuracy & ensure proper valuation
10. Payroll verification
11. Establish and maintain schedule of Fixed Assets and Register
12. Supervise maintenance of the company chart of accounts, assign new classifications and cost codes as may be necessary, ensure correct and accurate accounting classification of all expenditures and documents
13. Evaluates, recommends and procures adequate insurance
14. Coordinates with external auditors
15. Coordinate preparation and ensure accuracy of all income tax returns and all government reporting.
16. Control The selection and training of finance, purchase and shipping staff, establish lines of control and delegate responsibilities to subordinate staff.
17. Keep up to date on accounting and tax compliance issues including new accounting pronouncements and tax laws.
18. Lead ERP Implementation.
19. Others – as assigned by the superior.
Requirements :
To succeed in this job role, the incumbent should possess:
Professional certificate or Degree in Accountancy
At least 5 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
Strong communications skills and Good written and communication skills in English
Must be able to handle full set of accounts.
Should posses the skill to work both in team and also perform independently
Able to work under pressure and long hours if required.
