Job Responsibilities
Achieve Quarterly and Annual Sales Target for Modern Market channel
Maintain harmonious relationship with assigned customer list and expand continuously
Maintain an optimal harmonious cooperative relationship internally with SALES PROMOTION and RETAIL DEPARTMENT and other supporting departments
Analyse trends in the modern market and propose programs and/or activities to anticipate threats or opportunities
Monitor and evaluate the quality and execution of A&P programs to ensure that the campaign is properly conducted and the target on brand awareness are achieved
Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the accounts and make sure they are met.
Have experience working with MTI, local resellers especially in sport Nutrition reseller would be a great advantage
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the imported supplement industry or FMCG and Pharmaceutical would be a good additional
Minimum education: Bachelor degree (S1) or equivalent.
Maximum age: 40 years.
Enjoys fieldwork, diligent, energetic, and communicative.
Flexible and accustomed to mobile work.
Target-oriented.
