Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Organization Development (OD) initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
Conduct job analysis, job evaluation, and develop job descriptions and job grading structures.
Review and maintain organizational structures aligned with business strategies.
Develop and manage performance management systems (KPIs, performance appraisal, competency-based assessments).
Perform organizational diagnostics to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Support talent management, succession planning, and career path development programs.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and management on change management initiatives.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations related to organization and people development.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business/Management.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Organization Development, HR Strategy, or related HR functions.
Experience in job grading, KPI development, and organizational design is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of Organization Development, Performance Management, and Competency Frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR data.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
Strong project management and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS is a plus.
