Job Description

  • Deliver product knowledge and sales training to bank staff (Customer Service, Teller, Relationship Officer, etc.) within assigned branches.

  • Support the achievement of bancassurance sales targets through coaching, joint visit, and field assistance.

  • Conduct regular product refreshment and sales skill development sessions.

  • Monitor and evaluate bank staff performance related to insurance referrals and sales.

  • Assist in implementing sales programs, campaigns, and activation activities at branch level.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch management and staff.

  • Prepare training materials, sales tools, and monthly activity reports.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and bancassurance regulations.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably Business, Marketing, or Management).

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Bancassurance, Sales Training, or Financial Services.

  • Strong knowledge of life insurance products and sales process.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.

  • Target-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Willing to work mobile and cover multiple bank branches.
