Deliver product knowledge and sales training to bank staff (Customer Service, Teller, Relationship Officer, etc.) within assigned branches.
Support the achievement of bancassurance sales targets through coaching, joint visit, and field assistance.
Conduct regular product refreshment and sales skill development sessions.
Monitor and evaluate bank staff performance related to insurance referrals and sales.
Assist in implementing sales programs, campaigns, and activation activities at branch level.
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch management and staff.
Prepare training materials, sales tools, and monthly activity reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and bancassurance regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably Business, Marketing, or Management).
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Bancassurance, Sales Training, or Financial Services.
Strong knowledge of life insurance products and sales process.
Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
Target-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Willing to work mobile and cover multiple bank branches.
