The Accounting Officer (Temporary – Outsourcing) will support the Accounting team in daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of handling transactional accounting tasks efficiently during peak periods, employee leave coverage, or special projects.
Record and verify financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards.
Maintain and update general ledger entries (journal entries, accruals, adjustments).
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare basic financial reports, summaries, and reconciliations.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Support audit preparation by providing required data and documentation.
Ensure transactions comply with internal policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
Assist with tax-related documentation (e.g., VAT, WHT) as required.
Assist with procurement and payment documentation.
Support finance projects or temporary workloads assigned by the Manager.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Understanding of PSAK and IFRS
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Experience in Fixed Asset accounting is preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Temporary assignment managed via outsourcing vendor.
Expected to collaborate with internal finance teams and comply with company policies.
