Finance Specialist
Responsibilities
1. Prepare online banking orders and related documents, monitor bank balances, and ensure account consistency and accuracy;
2. Handle invoicing processes, organize original receipts, and maintain accurate financial records;
3. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all importation transactions for compliance and reporting purposes;
4. Responsible for organizing, binding, and filing bookkeeping vouchers;
5. Support the preparation of tax filings and assist in the company's tax planning and compliance activities;
6. Provide assistance for additional tasks or projects as requested by the finance team.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with an accounting or financial management-related major;
2. At least 3 years of experience in financial management. Prior experience in e-commerce or a similar industry is a plus;
3. Familiar with local accounting software and office applications (accurate accounting software, microsoft excel);
4. Detail-oriented, conscientious, and highly responsible, with strong teamwork skills;
5. Proficient in English; Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
