We are seeking an HR Generalist who is a systematic thinker, highly proactive, and capable of acting as a strategic HR advisor to the Business Owner.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration: Manage payroll, attendance, BPJS, and employee administration while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Recruitment & Selection: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding high-quality talent.
Performance & KPI Systems: Manage monthly KPI monitoring, coordinate performance reviews, and ensure consistent evaluation across departments.
Company Culture: Support the implementation of core values, manage cultural rituals (feedback/evaluations), and act as a bridge between management and staff.
