Position: Finance & Tax Staff
Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation.
Ensure tax compliance: calculate and timely submit all tax obligations (VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Article 21/26 Income Tax, etc.) in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements .
Prepare and submit the Company's Annual Report SPT to the relevant government institutions.
Manage tax invoices (efaktur) for input and output VAT.
Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
Assist in internal and external audit processes.
Liaise with external tax consultants or accounting firms when necessary.
Possess Indonesian tax knowledge and the ability to prepare tax invoices.
10. Have experience in financial work for a consumer goods company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Mandatory possession of Brevet A & B tax certification. Brevet C is a strong plus.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance & tax role in an Indonesian company.
Proficient in Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards and tax laws.
Skilled in using accounting software and MS Office (Excel).
Familiar with the Annual Report submission process to BKPM and Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia. Good command of English or Mandarin is a significant advantage.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and with strong communication skills and confidentiality.
