Job Description

  • Answering an Incoming all channels (Calls/Respond Chat/Reply Email)

  • Handle customer complaints by clarifying, selecting, and explaining teh best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution

  • Provide Customers about product & service information

  • Escalate priority issues

  • Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction


Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English

  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position,

  • Required Skill(s): Understand P2P Industry knowledge; Patience, carefulness and having service consciousness ability; Good communication skills; Able to operate computer and Ms.Office.

  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.

  • Can join ASAP
