Answering an Incoming all channels (Calls/Respond Chat/Reply Email)
Handle customer complaints by clarifying, selecting, and explaining teh best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution
Provide Customers about product & service information
Escalate priority issues
Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position,
Required Skill(s): Understand P2P Industry knowledge; Patience, carefulness and having service consciousness ability; Good communication skills; Able to operate computer and Ms.Office.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
