Senior Business Sales Support Executive (F&B), Indonesia
In this role, you will manage day-to-day sales process activities including sample request coordination, document handling, delivery tracking and SAP system updates. You will support the F&B business unit by ensuring accurate data entry, maintaining system integrity and preparing monthly reports that summarize key sales activities.
You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence through effective pipeline monitoring, performance tracking, pricing documentation and new product registration coordination. This role requires close collaboration with cross functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution of commercial initiatives while supporting strategic planning and overall business efficiency.
The Position:
Assist the commercial team in coordinating samples through web-based project management system and track delivery to customers to ensure timely fulfilment.
Manage and oversee customer documentation requests, ensuring compliance, accuracy and proper record-keeping
Maintain and update project data within internal systems and generate monthly reports summarizing key sales activities.
Coordinate the registration of new products into the system and collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
Prepare and analyse monthly sales performance reports, pipeline tracking and key commercial dashboards to support business decision-making
Support pricing documentation, quotation tracking and validation of sales data to ensure accuracy and consistency
Assist in organizing and coordinating company-wide events, meetings and conferences
Undertake additional commercial or operational projects as assigned.
The Ideal Candidate:
Degree in Business or equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Strong coordination, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Proficient in spoken and written English
High level of computer literacy including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Quick to learn and adapt to new IT systems. Experience with SAP (CRM & ERP) is an added advantage
Exposure to project management and process management is advantageous
Service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
