Manage the lifecycle of Bone Graft Substitutes and Dental Implants (Fixture, Abutment) products in Indonesia
Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing tactics to drive product growth and adoption
Oversee product launches, ensuring readiness for market entry and product adoption in clinics and hospitals
Conduct market research on the dental bone regeneration market in Indonesia, identifying trends, opportunities, and competitive products
Collect and analyze feedback from dental professionals to adapt products to local market needs
Monitor the regenerative dental products sector and identify growth opportunities for Bone Graft Substitutes and Dental Implants
Research the market for dental imaging solutions (e.g., panoramic X-ray, CT scans) and explore collaboration opportunities with relevant equipment suppliers
Develop partnerships with companies selling panoramic dental X-ray and CT equipment to explore synergies for joint marketing initiatives or sales collaborations
Provide clinical insights and develop training materials for dental professionals to use Bone Graft Substitutes and Implants effectively
Train sales teams and distributors on product features, benefits, and clinical applications
Report on product performance and market trends to the Marketing Manager, including sales forecasts and feedback from the dental community
Collaborate with the Regulatory Affairs team to ensure compliance with local regulations and medical standards
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure seamless execution of product strategies
Ensure alignment between product offerings, marketing strategies, and local market requirements
Collaborate with the global product management team for insights and recommendations on product development
Required:
Dentistry degree
3+ years of experience in product management, clinical marketing, or business development in a medical device or dental products company
Strong understanding of Dental Bone Graft Substitutes and Dental Implant systems (fixtures, abutments)
Experience in conducting market research and analyzing the dental regenerative market
Strong interest or experience in collaborations with dental imaging equipment suppliers
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Preferred:
- Fluency in Korean (preferred to support global communication)
- Experience with panoramic X-ray and CT imaging equipment for dental applications
- Hands-on experience in product sales or product management in dental implants or regenerative dentistry
- Familiarity with Indonesian dental market and regulatory environment
- Previous experience working in a multinational medical device company
