Responsibilities:
Manage BPOM & Kemenkes registrations for cosmetics, medical devices, and PKRT products
Prepare and submit regulatory dossiers in full compliance with applicable regulations
Handle SHLN processes and ensure compliance with halal requirements
Manage import regulatory documentation (SKI) and related processes
Ensure compliance of product formulations, ingredients, claims, and labeling
Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and external partners (maklon, authorities)
Monitor regulatory updates and ensure continuous product compliance
Support audits, inspections, and respond to regulatory inquiries
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
2+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs and/or as PJT
Strong knowledge of BPOM, Kemenkes, and import regulations
Possess an active STRA/STRTTK (CDAKB certification is a plus)
Experienced in handling regulatory submissions and liaising with government agencies
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficient in English (written and spoken)
