We’re looking for a driven, energetic, and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to help us expand into new markets in Bali & East Java, mainly in Bali and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business strategies to grow our presence in the electronic retail market across East Java
Identify, approach, and manage partnerships with new retail partners — from first contact to onboarding
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration
Actively seek new sales opportunities and open new distribution channels in Surabaya and other key cities
Support brand visibility efforts by identifying strategic locations for signage, promotions, and campaigns
Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to shape strategic decisions
Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and field execution
Prepare performance reports, sales forecasts, and data-driven insights for internal review
Requirements:
Minimum 2 year of experience in business development, electronic retail, or consumer electronics
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented
Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (mix of remote and in-office as needed)
English proficiency (spoken and written) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiar with the electronic retail landscape and key players in East Java
Experienced in using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
Analytical thinker with a proactive and hands-on attitude
