Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service at all touchpoints — ticket sales, concession counters, ushering, and guest assistance.
Ensure the cinema environment is clean, safe, and welcoming for every guest.
Operate POS systems accurately for ticket and food & beverage sales.
Assist guests with information about showtimes, seat availability, and promotions.
Support smooth daily operations by following all company policies and procedures.
Handle guest feedback or complaints politely and effectively.
Participate in promotional activities, special screenings, and events when required.
Work as a team to maintain cinema standards and create a positive, fun atmosphere.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK) majoring in tourism or hotel management.
2-3 years experience in retail, hospitality, or quick-service restaurant operations is highly preferred.
Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Basic proficiency in English is an advantage.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Committed to maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
