About the role

PT Karya Putra Lokatirta is seeking a talented Admin Finance to join our growing team in West Jakarta. As an Admin Finance, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the administration duties and the financial records. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of our company while developing your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

• Manage expenses for operational needs

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Check invoices based on field data

• Make ship departure reports

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and support

What we're looking for

• Degree in Administration/ Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Administration/Finance role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Proficient in the use of financial software (Accurate) and Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Vlookup, etc)

• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
