About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to Director to join our team at PT. SUPERMAL KARAWACI' in Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Raya. In this contract role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our Director, ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
Handle all incoming correspondence, both written and verbal, and triage as appropriate
Prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items from meetings
Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation and ground transportation
Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing and document management
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Assigned to Central Jakarta
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a similar industry
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
