Job Description:
Process end-to-end recruitment + talent acquisition.
Develop, review and implement employee training and development.
Manage and oversee end-to-end monthly payroll processing (salary, overtime, incentives, bonuses, THR, PPH21 tax, BPJS) accurately and on time.
Develop, review and implement salary structures, salary grading and company compensation & benefit policies.
Conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness.
Develop and manage KPI framework and performance appraisal processes (monthly/quarterly/annual).
Calculate and control performance-based incentive and bonus schemes.
Analyze manpower costs and prepare HR reports for management decision-making.
Ensure all Compensation & Performance processes comply with labor and tax regulations.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology or Law is preferred.
3 Years of experiences as an HR Compensation & Performance.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing, including PPH21 tax and BPJS administration.
Experience in designing salary structures, salary grading and conducting job evaluations.
Proven experience in developing KPI frameworks and managing performance appraisal processes.
Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and tax regulations.
Experienced in manpower cost analysis, budgeting and HR reporting.
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Excel.
Plus, point for candidate who has experiences working in construction company.
