Main responsibilities:
Develop and execute national sales & marketing strategies for fresh products
Lead, manage, and develop sales teams
Expand distribution channels across modern trade, general trade, and distributors
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion
Monitor market trends, pricing movements, competitors, and consumer behavior
Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure product availability and quality standards
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agribusiness, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role (FMCG or Fresh Produce industry preferred)
Strong network within modern retail channels
Proven experience handling perishable / fast-moving consumer goods
Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
Results-driven and data-oriented mindset
Willing to travel for business needs
